Pal's is a regional fast food restaurant chain located in Tennessee and southwestern Virginia.

Frenchie Fries

Challenge: Get the word out about Pal’s Frenchie Fries.

Idea: To bring these golden gems to light, we revealed the origin story of Pal’s salt seasoning, which was obviously found deep within a secret salt mine in the mountains of Tennessee.

Pork Loin Biscuit

Challenge: Promote the return of a Tennessee local favorite: the Pal’s Tender Pork Loin Biscuit.

Idea: To hype up this regional classic, we turned to the region’s original music style: bluegrass. We created a TV commercial putting a new twist on a classic bluegrass song and capped it off with bluegrass celebrity, Tim White.

Chili Burger

Challenge: Pal’s Sudden Service was looking to increase chili burger sales and reach a new audience.

Idea: We created the ultimate chili-burger-loving character: Chili Billie Jones. Sporting bibs, trophies, and a whole lifestyle dedicated to chili burgers, Chili quickly stole people's hearts and filled their stomachs. In fact, Pal's saw a 247% increase in chili burger sales in just one month.
